Common Warts

Common warts are small, grainy skin growths that occur most often on your fingers or hands. Rough to the touch, common warts also often feature a pattern of tiny black dots, which are small, clotted blood vessels. Common warts are caused by a virus and are transmitted by touch.


The Study

  • Clinical Research Associates of Tidewater is conducting a Clinical Research Study of Common Warts. If you are 8 years of age or older you may qualify (Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian).

Qualified Participants:

  • 8 years or older
  • If a minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
  • No insurance needed

If Qualified and you participate you will receive:

  • Financial compensation is available for time and travel for those who are eligible, participate, and complete the study.
